Corporare is too disconnected from actually working in a store.
Positive because my Manager and Employee make working here Enjoyable. Negative because our district manager is a real peace of work treats us like we're beneath her and if u give 1 opinion to her she blacklists u from moving up in the company
Direct management care about workers and work life balance
Its consistent. Always drama, homeless people stealing, and people in a rush that degrade you if you're not multitasking the Maskin and register at the same time
Open opportunity your told however not always true
We all have the same goal to keep the place ready for the customer
Good morale. We have many customers we know by name who have been shopping our store for years. They also know us by name.
I was constantly reminded that my manager could fire me without reason controlling my day like I was a child

Well one I listen to good music to the customers really like my music they come in there dancing and enjoying themselves three I give off great customer service.

Pay your employees a living wage and give your stores enough hours to actually run properly
New staff and management team one that know the true meaning of Leadership, Values, Moral and much more
Get rid of toxic management.
Hire people who can do thwir jobs and care
The manager needs to be replaced
They need to respect their employees but they don't want to do that so they need to be sued into Oblivion because of the overcharging on self-checkout but they'll use it as an excuse to say it's still working out the Kinks

Better managers and better pay these pay scale are for teenagers and not adults with families it's ridiculous with how the cost of living is the pay is shameful
The management and employees that take advantage of their authority to hurrass and intimidate other employees and be bullies

Get more CircleK trucks for the drivers . Limited trucks means limited schedules and also if a truck breaks down their are no spare trucks . So we drivers are limited when it comes to the situations makes the work enviroment highly toxic and also floating drivers is unexcuseable.
