What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Open opportunity your told however not always true

We all have the same goal to keep the place ready for the customer

Good morale. We have many customers we know by name who have been shopping our store for years. They also know us by name.

I was constantly reminded that my manager could fire me without reason controlling my day like I was a child

The people who you service are from vast backgrounds

Me dealing with customers. They love me

Well one I listen to good music to the customers really like my music they come in there dancing and enjoying themselves three I give off great customer service.

I have nothing positive to say.

Going home at the end of the day

The support that you get with all the staff

The beginning of your shift. Getting to go home on your Friday!

All the energy is put towards getting the work done and meeting our deadlines but we do it together. And when there is a slip-up there is no finger pointing, just solve it and move on.

Hire people who can do thwir jobs and care

The manager needs to be replaced

They need to respect their employees but they don't want to do that so they need to be sued into Oblivion because of the overcharging on self-checkout but they'll use it as an excuse to say it's still working out the Kinks

Better managers and better pay these pay scale are for teenagers and not adults with families it's ridiculous with how the cost of living is the pay is shameful

The management and employees that take advantage of their authority to hurrass and intimidate other employees and be bullies

Employees need friendlier customer service & to manage time they are on clock to get more work done

Better attitude towards the workers

Get more CircleK trucks for the drivers . Limited trucks means limited schedules and also if a truck breaks down their are no spare trucks . So we drivers are limited when it comes to the situations makes the work enviroment highly toxic and also floating drivers is unexcuseable.

Management treats the employees like they don't matter and talk stop treating them like they are not worth anything at the company

They need to actually follow their one team commitment.
