They don't care if you get hit by a train. Better be at work today.

  • Good, its being respected and endorsed

  • Would be better if they allowed more people to work on each shift so the workload, customer service and employee needs ie bathroom breaks could get done. One person on each shift does not help keep the store in order for the customers and to thier standards ????

  • Work performane

  • Keep up with a strict no loitering policey, close down stores at nite that are not majorly busy at nite. Have a 8pm to 8am debit only policey to reduce robberies, the staff does not get paid enough for thier lives to be at risk.

  • More training for the mangers and asst mangers . asst mangers wouldnt be treated like dirt . Mangers should have to work some weekends each month just so they know how there stores are doing and before you become a DM you should have to run a store for 30 to 60 days tp show them you know what you are doing,

  • What CEO? Any body above you make you feel inadequate. I really hate the fact that no matter how hard you tried they only complained even about stuff you had no control over, also it would be nice if they allowed a suggestion site for employees that someone could monitor so really good ideas get applied.

  • Haven't met/seen nor heard about anything above a market.manager.

  • Keeping informed quit changing things all the time a lot of customers don't like so much change one minute they carry a product the next they dont

  • Tobacco and lottery is main key, when the lottery is up it also makes it hard for employees to work both. They should have a lottery only register and line to help reduce the line for customers who are just there to get gas

  • Circle K is growing as a business but Difficulty keeping employees

  • Do you mind any of the work tasks? How do you like dealing with people? Do you have a flexible Work schedule? But again it really depends on your store manager. My store manager is laid back and easy going.

  • negative, they dont pay well they expect a lot from employees yet dont provide them with the means and absolutely have to blame someone if something goes wrong instead of just saying hey shit happens

  • They are gonna continue to grow as long as they can continue to pay minimum wage or a little above and customers don't care how clean the pop nozzles are or how the company treats their employees
