For the ones that actually work we work well as a team. Some have strengths in some areas as to other having strengths in other areas and together we make an awesome team and insure that things are done properly. To where no one feels overworked. But we are for sure underpaid.
Was bullied out a job , have been Slandered by LAM and managment. Over personal reasons absolutely nothing to do with my Work ethics or attendence

I had a family emergancy with a black boy thats been in my family for 5 years have an episode of parnoid scizofrenia and had to call ems and i requested off 7/24 i get asked to come in for someone who has a family emergancy and the mnger tells me to bring a note of legal gaurdian

The fastest growing part is our customers. The part that is having some difficulties is keeping employees due to higher paying factories.
Customers. Employees (a lot quit and not alot of people want to work there)
Buying new store's. Remodeling of old stores.
What's the interview process like at Speedway?
Casual. They sit you down in the back (the one time you will get to sit down other than when you watch the training videos), ask you questions about yourself and your previous job experiences and they set you up with your schedule to start training if you get hired.
Easy and informative
When I was hired in it was store managers and DM doing the hiring. Now it is corporate.

You get a 25 cent/hour raise after the first 6 months. After a year, you get a 20 cent/hour raise.
