For the ones that actually work we work well as a team. Some have strengths in some areas as to other having strengths in other areas and together we make an awesome team and insure that things are done properly. To where no one feels overworked. But we are for sure underpaid.

I had a family emergancy with a black boy thats been in my family for 5 years have an episode of parnoid scizofrenia and had to call ems and i requested off 7/24 i get asked to come in for someone who has a family emergancy and the mnger tells me to bring a note of legal gaurdian
