within a week and I met with the manager and the market manager who were sleeping together and also robbing hours they were working

My GM allows some employees to bully and abuse others. She has absolutely NO MANAGERIAL SKILLS. Her communication just isn't there. She plays favorites. She retaliates by cutting hrs just because of calling out sick or have emergencies.
