How's the vacation policy at Circle K?
If you have enough staff you dont earn enough vacation time and if you have too little staff you can't use vacation time.
Terrible, and that's if they even allow you to use the tiny bit of vacation time you do receive. No sick time. I got NO paid vacation for the first year of my working there because of a policy they have.

Sales, attendance, character, and most promotions are done internally by store and district managers. Usually once you been with the company long enough you move to assistant. After assistant your move to store manager. Promotions are done based on your ability to handle people and your money keeping skills.
Favoritism. If your manager likes you, you get promoted. If they don't you never will.
