It really depends on the store manager. My manager talked most of the time and straight up told me his expectations, ask me a few personal questions about me, verified my work availability, and asked me if there were any conditions he needed to know up front.

sucks really bad new system process very slow takes for ever to get a person hired on usually they go find a different job it takes so long

Easy, just pass the background check if you know u wont dont wast we thier time.
