My Manager does her best to overcome obstacles that arise and defends her team when people in higher positions are too critical.

I have a best friend.

I haven't seen a leader yet! When and if I find one, I will be sure to let you know

Loyality and the way he includes me in a lot of things happening at the station. Gives me responsibility and motivation

They lead with integrity, communicate the company mission really well and are approachable.

Everything communication and management especially

Teamwork and management there is also not good communication

Review from Sales Dept

Being leaders lead by example

Communication, honesty, and taking care of employees the way they preach we are to take care of customers

Processing new employee personal information

They need to actually train people, managment needs to learn to respect their team.

being proffesional and ensuring a clean and food safe environment.

They need more morals and values. They also need to listen when employees constantly complain about the same market mangers. These folks are the money makers for the business , they are not robots.

They need to be there. And stop making wverything about them

Accountability, task delegation, and time management

Helping the entry level managment build competitive teams and retain talent

Communication this company really needs a lot of communication

involved with manager and employees making sure management is doing not just paperwork and the expectation of what daily task are expected. Making sure each staff is trained to be able to level up to their highest ability, and strengths. Trained better for quality more fully staffed stores

Taking employee complaints seriously. At my particular store they have looked over sexual harassment more times than I can count.

Review from Sales Dept

As I was stating ones cleaner the other merchandise. Which they tried to put me. I heard the supervisor cussing me out with another employee with customer in the store. I tried talking with her to explain my job duties. So after I ask did she wanted me to clock out asked for corporate number. As I

The store has ao many people wuotting in a dialy basis. Why should we be concerned that you are ahort stafded and refused to give peolple off. I onlymwork weekends but i cant even have 1 day off due to ahort staff. The manngee is young and lazy. The manager should pick up slack to avoid walk offs.

More than the load of responsibility
