What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Most definately. Management ppl, should be pulling their weight by going in the cooler to fill empty slots, if they dont set a good ex then CSR wont do it. Or ppl just use the excuse its too cold to work in the cooler. Thats just being lazy!!!

Giving appropriate amounts of hours, paid breaks, and benefits for the hardworking employees who make all of the profit for this company
Hire managers or extensively train them properly. Managers that can't even look you in the eye or manage with the passive aggressive technique as their only style is horrible.
Everything to do with circle k
They fly private jets all over the world while cutting every benefit for the employees. They brag about going from 5billion to 10billion ebita while the lowest workers suffers the cuts. The should cut costs at the managerial level.
Treating employees as People with different strengths and weaknesses
Learn to show respect for employees who actually work hard and follow the rules
Everything communication and management especially
Teamwork and management there is also not good communication
Not transferring people to other stores and ripping them off for 14 hours that they actually worked.?

Communication, honesty, and taking care of employees the way they preach we are to take care of customers
Processing new employee personal information
They need to actually train people, managment needs to learn to respect their team.
being proffesional and ensuring a clean and food safe environment.
They need more morals and values. They also need to listen when employees constantly complain about the same market mangers. These folks are the money makers for the business , they are not robots.
They need to be there. And stop making wverything about them
