Overlap shifts and give more hours to employees so the store can be maintained, stocked, and recovered properly

The customers resent each other. There are homeless people everywhere.

Review from Operations Dept

Higher pay for the hard workers, employee bonuses, management need to actually manage and interact with employees. Employees and store conditions are a reflection of management. Ask customers to provide feedback, acknowledge complaints, and MM should visit stores frequently on a monthly basis.

Less workers, not enough pay. More workers, higher pay.

Hire a professional area manager that don't accuse people with no proof of stealing and terminating them through work day to play the side of Leslie when she is the one making it a toxic environment and have another employee verbally attach another employee the day after the. Store manager goes vaca

Your district managers need to have more insight on what's going on between the employees not just the sales

hire management that leads by example

They need to hire a different manager who's suitable for the position

Review from Sales Dept

Managment treats people underneath them like garbage and circle k piles so much to do to ONE person EACH day and then adds more about once a month. You barley have time to breath

Review from Sales Dept

Passive aggressive bullying and me first mentality rather than teamwork

Firing for questioning corruption. Retaliation for doing your job

Fix the self check out

I dont have a job there anymore... Basically the restaurant needs improvement

Always out of stock or unstocked.

Review from Sales Dept

They need a better system the company doesn't want to fix anything and payroll always messed up

I don't know what to say

U need to come and see what is going on in the store in star valley and in payson AZ

The manager doesn't do her job properly and procrastinates way too much. She also puts things that are specifically her job on others so she doesn't have to.

The GM doesn't do her job properly. She pushes her tasks onto others so she can sit, smoke and walk around. She plays favorites, she retaliates and she is down right rude to some people. She procrastinates and doesn't do things the way policy says to

What do you like best about your company?

I love my store and the customers, as for the company, they don't know me, so I'm just a number. Or a cog in a big ship, making the ship turn. Really?! Corporate life.

Review from Sales Dept

We hope everybody were like a family

My daily tasks, customers & coworkers

The employees are easy to talk to and don't make you feel like you don't belong.

Review from Operations Dept

Customer because the company and the super and HR, corporate office don't care about me or my coworkers

Review from Customer Support Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Management not allowing other employees to use someone elses login information

Review from Customer Success Dept

Really would not know where to start.

Review from Sales Dept

We could be more affected by not bringing our personal lives into the store and interacting with other people

corporate being in-tuned to store level employee needs as well as their customers
