Circle K Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

I interviewed with a different company and they were lovely before couche-tard / circle k bought them out.

Honestly simple they just wanted to get a positive read on u and make sure ur a good person who would get along well with employees and customers

The interview manager spoke well

It was easy. They saw my potential immediately

The GM is very down to earth and made me comfortable in talking about myself. Like past job experience and the reason I wanted to work there She was also professional and I knew the details of the job and what was expected of me.

You knew what to expect from your fellow coworkers.

Review from Sales Dept

Getting the job being a part of a team

Quick. Friendly. Encouraging. Not a typical interview.

Its fast and easy process

That I got hired quickly. That’s

at the time had a good manager but when i started 4 weeks after i was running the store for almost 5 months change never in safe ect.

Learning what would be expected of me

Review from Customer Support Dept

It was fast and very straightforward

I was hired on somewhere else

Quick response time easy onboarding testing and paid training.

Nice and caring peoples and became a great person from it

One on one communication with manager.

Every one was nice to me

Joe was a good guy or is a good guy. He explained everything to me and got me started showed me the things I didn't know so I know it was a good experience

Simple hiring process. Leave the giraffes

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Ask more questions about work

A manager that can you look you in the eyes abs and speak clearly.

That they actually start to really interview people instead of hiring anybody that is willing to take their pay and sign their name.

Managers are so desperate for help that they will often hire the first person that comes in looking for a job.

Review from Operations Dept

Learning to work the computer better

Review from Sales Dept

More affective screening process. Job openings seem to be filled with individuals who aren't suitable.

Better asked questions about experience

Better understanding of whom you hiring

Review from Sales Dept

There needs to be better communication between management and future employees

Review from Customer Success Dept

The company should do mandatory drug test on the store managers Laurin Walker be high as hell Don Pannell be cosigning the bullcrap they all are robbing the company blind and be trying to frame the employess

Review from Sales Dept

Better training and explain job better

There was no interview. The manager took my outside to get my I9 and social to start working immediately, all while she was smoking a cigarrette

Less time on the background

Ask relevant questions and screen more carefully

Have more urgency and not base things on feelings

Hire the right people to work instead

The manager doesn't answer phone calls return messages I had to stalk him everyday for 4 weeks to get hired

Review from Sales Dept

I dnt think it meeds to change

Managment needs to be there

The manager talked.about her employees to me on my first day there
