The outloook on their jobs. We might work at a gas station but that still means to do your job. They need to be doing what is on their lists and that includes the whole thing not just "what they want" to do, and if they still dont do it further action needs to be taken.

Some coworkers need to work on their respect regardless of how they feel personally. Off the clock, we can think what we like. On the clock, we need to respect and consider other coworkers while working. Disrespect is forcing others to not want to be here.

I'm currently being singled out for the small things when my female co workers aren't. My store manager Is holding me to a higher standard then everyone but management.
