Circle K Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

Honestly just the positive attitudes being laid back while still doing our jobs

theyre good to talk to and shiw up on time for work

One team oriented family team

They work hard and help other stores out

Everyone does their part to make everything a success

They all work hard and we help each other out. We are close like a family.

We all work as a family team. We become like a family which makes it a good place to work. If we had a manager that cared about his employees it would be an excellent place to work.

Review from Sales Dept

Teamwork and looking out for each other on shift and on shift

They are friendly great with people

Im trying to get to know them

Joanne's a very hard worker he tries to keep me in line and keep me calm he would always try to get me to see things from a different point of view but even he would complain about the manager constantly complain about the manager he had great customer service

We (meaning most of us, at least) all get along, work diligently, and complete the tasks assigned as best as possible with the time and resources available to us.

Interacting with everyone in the company learning new things

We interact as a family.

They are average down to earth people, they make me laugh and listen to me.

Good team work amongst the team. We do pretty good filling in for eachother when needed.

The level of care that they bring to the job! For the most part they truly want to do a good job and offer value. Theyre

Very supportive environment, minimal, if at all, office politics from my co-workers and managers. Everyone's energy is on doing the work at hand. The people here are the best part of my job, hard-working, down-to-earth, authentic people.

The best in the west

They are friendly to customers

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Them to actually do their job instead of management just letting them play on phone all shift but management doesn't say anything cause afraid if they do then associate quits and they have to work for them

Everything and being moved to another store

Stop having 27 meetings about the same thing.

My co-workers are great, very hard working

The understanding of convenience for our guests is of the utmost importance. Not having to spend time looking for something helps.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Working together be team players

Team work not dumping on night shift, Respect for coworkers by management Doing whats right to protect employees and speaking out when it's not.Better resources to help employees dealing with stress anxiety depression or anger.

Review from Sales Dept

Yes its really important. By helping each other

be more including of everyone

Review from Sales Dept

The outloook on their jobs. We might work at a gas station but that still means to do your job. They need to be doing what is on their lists and that includes the whole thing not just "what they want" to do, and if they still dont do it further action needs to be taken.

Review from Sales Dept

They need to work on doing their parts for their shift to work together and not against another but it's hard to answer this because I never see my coworkers but for a few minutes as they clock out

If they would have store meetings and everyone follows the rules period

Work hard = promotion & rewards

Some coworkers need to work on their respect regardless of how they feel personally. Off the clock, we can think what we like. On the clock, we need to respect and consider other coworkers while working. Disrespect is forcing others to not want to be here.

Never have team metting people work when they want to and show ip when they want to

They could do required tasks

Do what there supposed to

Do their own job and stick to their role, stop trying to be a boss when you don't even know what a cleaner called otis is that is used to clean. Stop gossiping and doing drugs in bathroom, stop brown nosing to move up, quit stealing money out of other people's registers and end up keeping their job

The teamwork, how we help each other to reach the goals
