Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management is not good at showing appreciation for hard work and will let one mistake outweigh months to years of genuine loyal service. Mistakes lead to loss of hours, bad serving sections, and targeting from management until they have moved on from it.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I have made wonderful friends with most of my coworkers, because we all have the same concerns with how crappy the management and corporate is. They are all incredible people that deserve to be treated better.

Positivity in the work place is almost bipolar. Some days you walk into an uplifting and positive workplace with happy managers ready to greet you and the next you walk into a cold and stressed out environment with management whose allowed personal/business related problems to affect mood/attitude.

I appreciated how my manager covered every possible section that needed to be explained, but I did not appreciate how much I was lied to during the interview.
