Friendly ness of others in the building on different floors was always a problem. Other departments never wanted to put back their own departments stuff which put a strain on our department already being understaffed having to do their work as well. They always had very bad attitudes as well

Motivate employees, pay them better there’s no reason that I should work 7 years in suburban Philadelphia and only receive a $2 pay increase in that amount of time. I the go to work at another Macy’s in central nj at the same rate. A 18 yr old without loss prevention experience starts at $13.25.
