Always there when we need them

Senior leaders are wonderful and helpful

The leader ship team is good

Them leading and supporting the team and staff

the team is technically up to date

Helpful and fun people to work with

Sympathetic but also are subject to upper CEO policies of miserly pay grade.

Teamwork, the ability to adapt and pivot as needed for the business

Feedback given in the momemt. Everone wants to see you succed

Emphatetic and caring. They dont just see you as worker.

Focused on people first, then results.

Keeping us aware of what's happening in the company...

Review from Sales Dept

They genuinely care about us.

They're very kind and have done a greay job of showing me the ropes for working at Macy's.

The leadership team is empathic, understanding and caring and wants all of the employees to succeed and be happy.

They understand how people live today and have compassion and understanding

Leadership team should evaluate employees, not listen to gossip

Review from Sales Dept

Store manager listens to employees and is ALWAYS encouraging!

They care about people, and respect each culture. They provide a nurturing environment.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Treating employees as assets and not as disposable; more realistic goals that are communicated to all employees; eliminate politics and favortism

Respect and communication. How they treat their employees

Listening to employee concerns and taking action on serious ones. Also to recognize hard work and to not put their job onto employees.

Actually working would help. Worry about business

Everything learn how to treat employee

Not trying to break strikes

I'm working with idiots I can't speak english

Macy's isn't every employees life., but then again management is rather well paid and has plenty of vacation time, but also this is there full-time career. District, Regional management are very clueless about the operation of the company other than simple sales figures.

Work ethic-lead by example. Many are incompetent.

Get out on the floor and see what tge customer sees. No one to help you find where things are.

They need to stop playing favorites by hiring and promoting only friends AND family members.

Everything from how to address workers and not condescending, schedule is horrible and calling workers on their day off because they don't know what they are doing at any given day.

Be more mindful and remind managers people have outside lives and need to be more kind and respectful. And maybe help. Instead of drag people down

Empathetic to employees and not jist qorry about filling spots

Attitude training and asap it might get better

Communication, lead by example accountability

Communication, follow up, feedback eye contact

Compared to what.vwhat else can we say.

Responding to inquiries and employees.

People do not do work and no one even care
