If it was an enjoyable workplace and the director, managers and supervisors were nice and respectful that would be a good start. When you dread going to work and you're unhappy it effects productivity and it effects an employees health and wellbeing. The results are costly to the company.

The company has moved to generalized leadership roles that require a broader understanding of our business for coworkers to be effective and work better together. Unfortunately, we have eliminated many of the support positions that helped with training and developing new and mid level leaders.
They are not team players
Everyone worries about themselves- there is no team
Communication, and accountability, coworkers have all had rolls changed recently and the overall culture of the company has changed with the new rolls of employees

They could work more and hang out less. The people that work hard the supervisors expect more from, but if you are buddies with the supervisor you dont have to work as hard and same rules dont always apply
