The leader ship team is good
Them leading and supporting the team and staff
the team is technically up to date
Helpful and fun people to work with
Sympathetic but also are subject to upper CEO policies of miserly pay grade.
Respect and communication. How they treat their employees
Listening to employee concerns and taking action on serious ones. Also to recognize hard work and to not put their job onto employees.
Actually working would help. Worry about business
Everything learn how to treat employee
Not trying to break strikes
It is quite fairly for compensation
Hourly pay to start and pto
Generous vacation time and reasonable price health care
Pay is good. Above average
Does not apply to this situation
Pay more to employee who work harder.
I train, have manager override, and I'm someone coworkers turn to to help with issues/solve problems. Many customers ask if I am a manager, and say I should be. I should be able to grow within the company, and get paid for my extra work.
Some employess are paid and assigned hours based on how well they are liked by their managers rather than quality of their work performance.
Better pay will make us all feel better.
Fair wage for amount of work done.
i enjoy working with them
Teamwork is they key to success.
Genuine ,hard working people that are loyal
Friendly, funny, helpful, supportive, very driven, but kind overall.
Everyone wants to get things done in a timely and correct manner
If it was an enjoyable workplace and the director, managers and supervisors were nice and respectful that would be a good start. When you dread going to work and you're unhappy it effects productivity and it effects an employees health and wellbeing. The results are costly to the company.

Never get Job Training! People leaders never Responded to my email
Major push to sell credit cards hurts morale.
Give us more hours get more money

Review from Operations Dept
Everyone seems to want to be helpful and succeed
International crew and customers. Common appreciation of product. Polite exchanges.
Their willingness to give you the tools to succeed and the culture of our team helping each other.
For most part employees kinda understand each other, but disconnect between managers is passed on to the employees
People want to get paid and go home.
Review from Engineering Dept
We either need new trainees or somebody better get it together
Communication, communication, dialogue between lay workers and corporate staff
Employee moral and reliability efforts from everyone thirough training as well as support availibilty proper coverage
Permanent staffing overall attitudes and laziness
This company needs a giant overhaul from the top. Lazy and out of touch management was the icing on the cake
They stick to a script
I liked being judged by how well i spoke English. The better you are at speaking English, the better position you get. Almost all dock workers speak less than minimum English
Friendly and professional and detailed questions.
Meeting new people in the business
I was interview 25 yr s ago, by a direct manager that I was going to work for. Now they are doing phone interviews, hiring thru that process.
To really make an effort to evaluate candidates without prejudice.
Train the new employees longer and more effectintely. Don't just throw them on the Sales Floor during busy hours. Train them 2 weeks prior to and after they're hired at Macy's.
No word can explain the horror
Better branch explaining I was trained one day and thrown I the floors
super easy thats because HR doesn't care at all. They were annoyed I didn't finish my 8 hours of trainning videos in 2. They trainning is supposed to take 2 whole days and HR has an attitude and is passive aggressive the whole time. New fine jewelry workers have no idea what they doing until 2mo in
Great place to work and enjoy the environment
Getting things done....Im a hard worker and others seem to want to as well.....monthly team meetings with collegues being recognized for their achievements
Free shopping trips & ambassador
Paid weekly. Friendships formed. Nice location.
My team makes my work experience
Not enough cashiers. Store in Kalamazoo is rin down and dirty
Employees aren't paid a good enough or high enough salary, according to their time with the company and experience, knowledge, work habits. They're treated and paid like someone who walks in off the street woot the same experience. It's SAD!!
Good management that cares for it's employees
Team attitude training and work attitude
We can offer more of a discount to customers for opening a credit card account. We can use cash registers that operate faster so we can move the line along for the hollidays.
it was casual, relaxed and as authentic as possible
Review from IT Dept
the atmosphere in the building
The customers and employees and their helpful kind ways
Review from Sales Dept
that the managers like me and praise me for a job well done
The Positive energy
Review from HR Dept
more transparency among the leadership
Review from IT Dept
Fire all managers and hire ones that actually have customer service skills. Not condescending bullies, that get away in treating veteran employees like trash. Most lack communications skills and are lazy leave sales associates alone on major sales days with up to 15 customers.
Review from Sales Dept
hire people that are not lazy and can get the job done without being told to
Management needs to appreciate employee
Review from Sales Dept
Employees slacking off
