Overall had the best past years with macys and richs a person could ask for wouldn't trade those times.I wished i could enjoy working at macys again

We are very close butit is tension due to the stituation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cause I do alot of manual labor. Make sure the store is up to standard but manament doesnt apericiate it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Macys has always been a great place for me.i was able to send my children to college.IMacys helped me alt through medical stituation. Had great manager over the years. But the last 2years as been horrible.I missed those gteat days i use to enjoy.
