What is the best part about your compensation package?
While they offer compensation that is comparable to other retailers, they do not offer a livable wage for southern California.

Better benefits and treatment. Examples would be tuition reimbursement and classes for excel etc.

Everyone has a bad attitude. When you are treated badly and given very little and preached at about having a winning attitude it just makes the situation worse.

Macy's is rapidly closing stores. Macys.com is our largest competitor. I fear our store will close due to our sales decreasing yearly
