being paid on time. I waited until 2pm to receive my tips from the night prior. I signed an agreement that I would be paid by 10 am no matter what. That 4 hour difference shows a disregard for me. It might not seem like a lot however I feel undervalued and that my well being is of no concern

Allow more employees to work more hours to spread out workload. Overemphasis on keeping labor costs low requires the restaurant to constantly run on a skeleton.

Low pay brings in the bottom-of-the-barrel employees. They don't care about the job because the pay is so low. They know if they get fired or quit and go anywhere else and make the same amount of money.

almost nothing, the good workers will always have your back and help where they are needed but only to be told by the manager that's not what they should be doing and for her to complain and talk behind their back for the rest of the shift.

the general manager is the most self-centered, negative and over all just a bully to all of her other workers and managers. she only ever wants to talk about herself and her life but if you bring attention to anything that needs changing in the work place she thinks you are trying to tear her down
