No interview they didn't do a interview. I made a phone call called him walked in to talk to the manager, and I was hired on a spot. There was no need.

It was fine. But dont wait a month after telling someone they're hired to get back to them. It makes people think that perhaps they were not hired?

We are so warn out from running 7 different team member positions while also upholding our duties as managers that we will hire anyone that can breathe. Simply just to give us a few moments to wear we can rest. We are all about band aids at this point. And it screws us over in the long run
