What did you like most about the interview process?

The fact that it took no effort.

manager made me feel comfortable

free food and decent attitudes. they only have a good attitude when they hire u btw

honestly the free food and decent attitudes

The were very accepting and didnt seem discriminatory in anyway

I felt heard and presumably accepted by the general manager

No interview they didn't do a interview. I made a phone call called him walked in to talk to the manager, and I was hired on a spot. There was no need.

That it went smoothly enough.

It was good untill i relised that it was a front and was never the intetion of the mangers

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

To not hire any and everyone

Don't make people wait hours or until the next day when showed up for the interview.

When you says things at the interview hold uo them . Dont lie!!! Managment lied to me. They dont do nothings how brinker policies are. They do it there own way. Thats why i think management is lying cheating and breaking every rule. Come in quite and you will see

Im not sure my interview was 30 seconds long.

It was fine. But dont wait a month after telling someone they're hired to get back to them. It makes people think that perhaps they were not hired?

We are so warn out from running 7 different team member positions while also upholding our duties as managers that we will hire anyone that can breathe. Simply just to give us a few moments to wear we can rest. We are all about band aids at this point. And it screws us over in the long run

Better management hire american citizens and pay people what they are worth

The management team could communicate better with new hires.

well they should actually read a resume and try not to demoralize someone in college coming to them for a job to improve themselves

Hire diverse backround train them properly dont give special privileges to family members
