Nothing,.you can't work at a place where the GM hides stuff and pretends nothing is going on..

My co-workers have ok energy for the most part but things can go left quickly

The good workers they hire, however they hire the slowest and laziest workers

The positive is my coworkers make the job less stressful because we work as a team.

I dont get breaks even when i work 12 hours shifts. Im told "we dont have time for that today" i work doubles every day on the weekends, not only that the staff is terrible so is my kitchen manager

Managers are too friendly with the employees rather than being managers. Leads to favoritism and brings moral down.

Managers need to pay attention more. Not all cooks care about working as a team. Not all cooks are there to be friendly. Not all General Managers do their job effectively. Pay attention.

I would like the kitchen clean. Dishonest and Abusive Management Replaced if my complaints are justified. Put hidden cameras you will be shocked or do undercover boss. I like it clean team works as a team and not competive trying to run over the slow one and not help him and to make fun of handicap

I worked 27 hours in 2 days as a help in multiple areas. A thank you might be nice. This schedule is all sorts of interesting.

They need a new general manager and to enforce protocalls for safety and health standards.

Better managers , better work ethic better attitude

Actually vetting your people and making sure everyone is not just putting on a fake face. As a company you should never let sexual harassment into the workplace, especially like this one. The conpany also doesnt care about serving quality or fresh food to its customers. Overall, rethink your values.
