Honestly, the more mature adults on day shift

I get a paid on a bi weekly basis

Nothing,.you can't work at a place where the GM hides stuff and pretends nothing is going on..

My co-workers have ok energy for the most part but things can go left quickly

I love the silence, that kitchen is a club with music loud

Some guest r nice an makes the day great

The good workers they hire, however they hire the slowest and laziest workers

The positive is my coworkers make the job less stressful because we work as a team.

Old customers and serving them enjoy working with people and having a clean restraunt

Everyone helps everyone else. The attitudes are positive

None of the experience is pleasant

The most positive is the guest who come in weekly to see us.

Someone to sting operate/ go under cover as a regular server host busser,and investgate how the managers trully are/act towards you as a human when you are not an important big boss or hirer up

Better attitudes now disrespect team work

The management team needs to be reconstructed with experienced managers.

I dont get breaks even when i work 12 hours shifts. Im told "we dont have time for that today" i work doubles every day on the weekends, not only that the staff is terrible so is my kitchen manager

Managers are too friendly with the employees rather than being managers. Leads to favoritism and brings moral down.

Managers need to pay attention more. Not all cooks care about working as a team. Not all cooks are there to be friendly. Not all General Managers do their job effectively. Pay attention.

I would like the kitchen clean. Dishonest and Abusive Management Replaced if my complaints are justified. Put hidden cameras you will be shocked or do undercover boss. I like it clean team works as a team and not competive trying to run over the slow one and not help him and to make fun of handicap

I worked 27 hours in 2 days as a help in multiple areas. A thank you might be nice. This schedule is all sorts of interesting.

They need a new general manager and to enforce protocalls for safety and health standards.
