My co-workers have ok energy for the most part but things can go left quickly

Better attitudes now disrespect team work
The management team needs to be reconstructed with experienced managers.
I dont get breaks even when i work 12 hours shifts. Im told "we dont have time for that today" i work doubles every day on the weekends, not only that the staff is terrible so is my kitchen manager

Managers are too friendly with the employees rather than being managers. Leads to favoritism and brings moral down.
Managers need to pay attention more. Not all cooks care about working as a team. Not all cooks are there to be friendly. Not all General Managers do their job effectively. Pay attention.

I would like the kitchen clean. Dishonest and Abusive Management Replaced if my complaints are justified. Put hidden cameras you will be shocked or do undercover boss. I like it clean team works as a team and not competive trying to run over the slow one and not help him and to make fun of handicap
