My coworkers, aside from management, tend to keep things light and enjoyable while staying professional.
Some of my coworks are a delight to work with always having each others backs. But not everyone
Job gets done no matter what with time and precision

Resturaunts only process correctly when everyone works as a team instead of only caring about themselves. Also, policies and rules are in place for a reason but if your manager dont even follow those rules how can i expect my co workers too
