My gm and managers treat everyone equally and they all work very hard in the restaurant.
They try their best but they tend to turn into corparate robots
theyre understanding individuals and great leaders
Nothing at all no communication

I enjoy our assosiate managers they keep it professional. When the associate managers are both working it is a phenomenal work evnviroment and ease the tension of the resturant.
They are very helpful and knowledgeable
