What do you like best about the leadership team?

Smiling faces and the politeness of team members

My gm and managers treat everyone equally and they all work very hard in the restaurant.

They try their best but they tend to turn into corparate robots

theyre understanding individuals and great leaders

Open lines of communication for the most part.

I enjoy our assosiate managers they keep it professional. When the associate managers are both working it is a phenomenal work evnviroment and ease the tension of the resturant.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable

Approachable, compassionate, hard-working, fun, accessible

Everyone works together to keep the restaurant flowing.

Stop putting the wants and needs of the company above the wants and needs of your employees.

Managering people and dont be so quick to take one person view without facts. And ensure everyone is doing there part while working their shift.

Basically everything since there is no managment.

Communication leadership consistency goal oriented

Compassion communication and health. Also not loosing there temper and takinf stuff out on lne another.
