My gm and managers treat everyone equally and they all work very hard in the restaurant.

They try their best but they tend to turn into corparate robots

theyre understanding individuals and great leaders

I enjoy our assosiate managers they keep it professional. When the associate managers are both working it is a phenomenal work evnviroment and ease the tension of the resturant.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable

They are very caring and hands on. They are all interactive with all staff members.

I like that the managers work well together and are very put together. They are fun to be around and work with.

communication and not treating me like im less of a human over little inconviences

communication, not treating employees like garbage over little inconviences, not hiring lazy people, listening, having compassion towards each other

Having thier employees backs. Nowadays, when you find good workers, you should definitely try to keep them
