Sales commissions should be more across the board, for all sales associates. Complete medical benefits should be given to all employees.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Fire all managers and hire ones that actually have customer service skills. Not condescending bullies, that get away in treating veteran employees like trash. Most lack communications skills and are lazy leave sales associates alone on major sales days with up to 15 customers.
