The store manager is very rude and disrespectful. Shes not professional at all and holds her authority over everyones head as if it is their fault they arent running the store. Unfair pay and favoritism happens too much.

My team listens really well, once you show them how to do something. If you consistently do something, they'll pick up on it and help out
