Top Employee Response
you need to be ON TIME or possibly a couple minutes early. Go up and tell them at front counter that you are there for an interview. dress nicely. not like bum. The boss/manager will take you to a table in the dining area and ask super simple questions. Be sure to smile, make eye contact and don't sound rehersed. Once finished say thank you for your time.
Really fast as long as you take your time
Too short

Again, not a clue! Your menu items are changing too often. It seems the sandwiches that are big sellers are taken away first, which makes for unhappy customers. Taking away both the cookies and the cinnamon rolls was flat out a mistake.

You have to work full time hours and work there over a year and you get a week off.
I'm not happy with only being able to get paid for 15 hrs at a time, when I average working 32-40 hours a week. That's not right, at that rate I can only afford to take a long weekend when I'm told I get a week.
