
Most people don't think past the DM. Maybe if there were more questionnaires or surveys available to/for employees that would change. The current feeling of most is that S.O.S and the $ are all that's important to anyone above the DM. All we hear about is speeding things up, labor being to high, and we will have more staff soon.
That he is hip. He has a company that stays current. We always have new options available to order.
Ok i guess but they need to work on attitudes and how they talk to customers
they think he worries more about the bottom dollar not what it takes to get there
The lower bottom solely focus on making themselves look good versus the company(CEO)
Things they do well: taking in money. Things that needs inprovement: everything.
There fine just need to enforce raises
