you need to be ON TIME or possibly a couple minutes early. Go up and tell them at front counter that you are there for an interview. dress nicely. not like bum. The boss/manager will take you to a table in the dining area and ask super simple questions. Be sure to smile, make eye contact and don't sound rehersed. Once finished say thank you for your time.

Now that its all computerized I'm not sure. Use to be the GM would go through the applications and any that made it through the initial screening would be made available to the assistant managers. Together they (independently) would arrange and conduct interviews. The GM having final say.
