What would you improve about your company's interview process?

If the people at the top of chain would interviews and hire more it would be better cause general manager usually bring people that know them if it good then it's fine but when they motives us to keep bringing the company down the it will be easy for them by hiring people for that

She really didn't do an interview.It was she got my information and hired me on the spot.I Worked two days before my official day of hire and never got paid for them

Simply working with your employee training on the way that they're supposed to be trained and not throwing an attitude at them when they accidentally mess up or do it wrong the first time

They need to hire reliable people not family and friends

They need to emphasize hiring people who can even do the basic essentials of the job and are willing to do those, that last part is key. They need transparency of their exploitative "I need you in all positions at this job" behavior.
