I feel like the employees should come together as a unity instead of being separate. I covered for a lot of people and even before I was technically an employee. I was working there. I didn't get paid for those hours. I worked manager's shift. But wasn't a manager , so what does that mean

There can be a good leadership but when there's no structure or open value to hearing as to the most minimum job title to the highest and all coming together valuing understanding and seeing what everybody's job is for this to their pay as to what they put in is just upsetting.choosing work over ER.

Learn more about disabilities and accomodations. And overall cleaniness should be more rewarded and acknowledgment. Japanese prisoners keep their kitchens cleaner.

The owner needs to step it up with he hiring process and getting everything up to date. Oh and get rid of the roaches and rats

If i could respect the manager i feel it would improve the whole team. Hiring better staff/ no nepotism

The store doesnt get cleaned properly. Dishes arent done properly. Store is barely swept throughout the day. Lobby is always dirty.

Upper management needs to act on threats made by one employee to another
