What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to learn how to talk to people with respect

Looking into allegations better cause people can get together when they don't like a person and come up with plans to get the good people gone so they can continue to steal money and food and lie to the boss like nothing is improving cause they know he or she doesn't have the time to watch them

Working as a team and stop putting every job on me i know people be at work dont work but they want me to ro they work and nobody want to do they job but they getting payed i feel as though they should get fired just like this other manager brought dogs in store that ia not sanatize for a business

They just need to take a whole training course. People skills, communication skills, general work. Ethic, I could run a team better. Even if I didn't know what I was doing, they're lazy, they're inconsiderate. They do not care about the team members. They are only focused on one thing their times

Better management we need managements that are not disrespectful not rude not unconsiderate and managers that don't talk about other employees
