What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership. At my current store, there is no leadership. The management "team" is lacking in the management part, but very familiar with the friendship part. Hard work goes unnoticed and friendship even if a work ethic is very poor, is rewarded. District management seems great, but a show is a show.

it very light and easy

When it comes to promotional values, working your way up within the company, that is something every hourly employee looks forward to. When that is taken away by fraternizing, when hard work is looked over and standing on a phone is rewarded, something needs to change.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My general manager is very smart and knows a lot about Chilis and my other assistant manager Ricky should be a general manager because he is so good. Besides that the rest of the management staff is great.
