Lowest compensated work groups in the industry. The facts show we are the lowest paid but hardest worked. Culture means nothing when you're being worked to death for the lowest compensation package which includes the worst healthcare, vacation,sick and pay.

We have such a fractured work group in individuals, it's not a team effort. It's more of a me effort. When a manager states "give me names of who doesn't clean for free, I want to personally track them down" it makes for a hostile environment. But we have culture and values, sure we do.

Management have lost the vision that JB was founded on... Its all about the money now... They have created monsters (flying public) and they will happily let the monsters eat their employees and enjoy watching the fodder pick through their bones...

Our management team is built with "Yes men and women" who would rather ladder climb then do whats right. We add flights but don't have the staffing or gates. We over work what we have which is difficult on a good day, add weather and we fail. Management still gets it's bonuses.
