Review from Customer Support Dept

Really friendly office environment, the people are great and you can build real professional relationships and friendships. Many coworkers become genuine friends outside of work

Review from Operations Dept

The executive crew killed the culture. My favorite thing about JetBlue is Friday at 5pm.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Bring back the previous executives that went to Breeze, they valued their employees

To mich discrimination on multiple levels

Attitudes and sloppy operation needs adjusting

Removing flags, removing shift bids, better shift options, management that listens,

The management needs to treat their employees fairly and stop abusing then by blatantly ignoring our new contact

Listening to the employees, compensation , and sticking to our 5 values.

Leadership need to stop sending emails threatening employees

Consideration for the employee and fair industry standard compensation and work rules.

Starting with the TOP leadership: we need them to return to treating us more fairly, paying us better, giving us more benefits, better work rules and less people behind a desk telling us how to do our jobs. We need a leader who leads by example, and we dont have that today at any level! Very sad!

Inflight workgroup needs to get treated better. Our leadership needs to be trained on how to treat people or get new people to replace them that know how to.

I work from home which is good.

Senior Leadership team has diminished what little culture was left. The only way to improve culture would be to do a cleaning house and replace all of the Senior Leadership team. Even people who have been with the company for 10-15 years have noticed a rapid decline in company culture lately.

Review from Operations Dept

The leadership team need to change. No transparency. Need to set good example, stop doing conflict of interest bad behavior. Too many politics in the office.

Fire all of the executive management team ASAP

Review from Operations Dept

Better care and compensation for employees

Review from Operations Dept

Every position is important but each position varies in importance as well.

Review from Operations Dept

Better incentives to go above and beyond and more incentives to share in the company's success. A vision that comprises of something other than constant cost cutting.

Review from Operations Dept

All we need is competent leadership with integrity for this place to get back to when it was a great place to be.

the leadership needs to understand the employee and interact with them

Review from Operations Dept

Our quality of life has been destroyed by new work rules.
