My supervisor is available, responsive, and I can tell she genuinely cares - and she, too, like others before her, is limited by the priorities of leadership.

Managers themselves were incredible but you dont work closely with them. You work with the supervisors that dont know how to be leaders and let you fail then proceed to give you a hard time for it.

Treating humans fairly and stop devaluing and dehumanizing their employees. Live by the values they so call represent because at JetBlue ATL hub leadership does not live by the values.

They are mad we voted in a union so they try to screw us anyway they can. Morale is at an all time low. We feel abused by management and executives
