Treat everyone like they are apart of the team. Instead of rushing to judgement about new hirers they have not became familiar with.

Everyone needs to learn to work as a team, not compete with eachother because one person has better customer service skills, or learn to actually help others when needed instead of sitting there laughing at us for it.

This is mostly a group of low educated lower socioeconomic people. If the company hired better quality I believe we would not have the labor problem we are facing
