What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Maybe a little more realistic truth when it comes to what type of environment will I be working in and why is this position open? Answer truthfully to the best.

as long as you know some one on the inside you can get hired. if you played seven degrees of separation, everyone know everyone by second degree!!!

There are no process. Very slow. Try to low ball potential candidates.

Have people do the interview that actually know how to do the job that they are interviewing for.

The pilot interview period should be shorter.

Allow departments to higher there own people instead of one size fits all mentality.

Let pilots hire pilots, not HR hiring pilots. Pilots should be involved with hiring flight attendants too. Remove any cognitive tests for pilot interviews and replace it with a full motion simulator test of basic flight skills.
