Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do the same jobs other airline employees do, but get paid about $5.00 else then the Legacy carriers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company is always trying to be like the Legacy carriers. Why don't they try by paying their employees similar raises.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working outside when the weather is good and for me it keeps me moving and the day goes faster if you just behind a deck in my opinion.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I haven't attended a interview at my company in 14 years. I heard they made some changes, but I can say if they are good or bad.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We some bad apple that show up to work to do the most minimum work as possible. The good thing about the work culture is, you get with the program or quit.
