During the COVID-19 situation, the executive team and leadership team have done well to provide services to the communities and have implemented protective measures for employees and customers. The leadership team at my store definitely plays favorites, which I guess is just life in general.

Stop cutting hours then wondering why nothing gets done; start treating employees better and show appreciation instead of constantly chewing them out. Too many lazy/toxic employees that act like they're gods and complain about people that actually do work.

While it can always be better, I am happy they offer health benefits that I can use for myself and my family. While the pay could be better, I am grateful for the Tuition Reimbursement program that allows me to earn a college degree and advance my career with the organization.

I was paid .25 more in 2018. I had 2 years of experience and the did not count it and offered me .25 more than I made in 2008 at Walmart

Because I have a college degree and several years of experience, but b/c of my age near 50 and my being a single mom who needs to stay near children, I have not been promoted and my salary just reached $11.95/hr after 5 years service and hard work. I began my MBA making "A"'s but no promotion.

If a customer as a corporate complaint corporate needs to handle it and not ordinary people working in a call center. Call center workers are not trained on how to handle a corporate complaint and should not be as to do so in the first place because a corporate complaint is corporate responsibility
