Everyone is treated with respect. The company promotes honest, integrity, diversity, safety, and inclusion.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It took a few weeks overall from the initial contact to the actual in-person interview, but the process itself was pretty easy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is always compassionate, helpful, and encouraging. They want to see people succeed, and I feel empowered by their level of commitment to one's success.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people are what make it a great place to work. The company's core values are what make the people there great and we all embrace these standards to achieve the same goal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While it can always be better, I am happy they offer health benefits that I can use for myself and my family. While the pay could be better, I am grateful for the Tuition Reimbursement program that allows me to earn a college degree and advance my career with the organization.
