Terrible while communicating verbal directives harassment and judgmental remarks. Tone of verbal directives as well as expected task related observations remarks reflect attacks not corrections.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The group hiring process is informal and no questions regarding cost of living is asked the needs of an interested candidate aren't concidered.

What interview are you asking about? If you are asking about getting hired, the people our store has hired in the last few years have mostly been let go because they lack basic skills.

Person doing the interview should have at least some kind of experience

Tell the people who think they got the job but they didn't because they didn't pass the drug test. They let them come to work for 3 days and they fire them. I would improve that.

I had applied because the manager of my department was short-staffed by three workers. When applying, I was told the store did not need to hire on any more employees. Upper management does not know what is going on in their own store, nor do they care.

The union contracts don't reflect past contract incentives or pay rate and the salaries are lower now than years past.

Our building is OLD. There is no room to effectively produce the volume required daily. I personally haven't had ONE break, not ONE, in over two years!!!
