Terrible while communicating verbal directives harassment and judgmental remarks. Tone of verbal directives as well as expected task related observations remarks reflect attacks not corrections.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Comfortable attitudes while performance based still want to adhere to state and federal regulations but safety is prioritized while considering the moral of team members together as a group.
