Insurance; medical, denial, vision is definitely affordable

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Make decisions based on what's best for the company, not based on who golfs with who. Pay more, you'll attract and retain better talent. Get better benefits (especially insurance).

Our customers. Helping them or just letting them know someone cares.

Nepotism nepotism and more nepotism. When I was hired it was almost unheard of for someone with no friends, family, or past internships to get hired directly by the company. That says a lot about the way things are done.
