We all work hard to meet the high expectations of the department. My department manager is great, and does everything he can to ensure that we are set up for success. He works hard 6 days a week, and he gets little to no recognition for it. No matter what, he puts his crew first.

No recognition or income raise potential for management

Short staffed. The union in Missouri needs to go away. Management needs to be educated on unions and how to work with them. We need to pay associates better that 7.85 to stock groceries and expect 55 cases an hour. We need to start at 9.

There are drastic differences in how stores are managed. Managers need more training on how to bring associates strengths forward instead of concentrating on weaknesses.
