Employees night crew work together we don't have a problem with that we have a problem with we don't get paid good we're not getting treated right and the union is not for us but we pay Union bills

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The words they speak sound great, and if they held their meaning past the lips of the most executive roles it would be a great place. However that is changing. Their mission, and purpose are becoming figureheads and derelict.

An overhaul of the whole management team. From the department head to store manager. They treat the employees with disrespect and yell at them no guiidance whatsoever

Scheduled are not made right Shifts are not being scheduled People have to stay last minute with no acknowledgement and get tired and get jobs elsewhere
