Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Locking us in at a 2% annual raise without a promotion does not incentivize performing better. Hourly employees should have similar perks to salaried when working 40 hour weeks

We have created a community of trust and we share all of our knowledge about upcoming issues or concerns. We all want everyone to succeed.

We work across the state but somehow all have great relationships and help each other out by traveling to support and we celebrate each other's wins consistently

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all flying rapidly through a myriad of changes/evolution. We are all feeling pinched and can allow grace when things don't go quite as planned.

Layoffs were handled terribly. Invest in our salaries when we can see profits soaring
