What does the leadership team need to get better at?

COMMUNICATION; There isn't an open and honest two way communication. Leadership loves hiding information from us and NEVER get back to us or explain why things are changing. RETENTION; what is HelloFresh ACTIVELY doing to retain employees, where's the development and growth?

addressing concerns that will turn into a harassment case and ensuring follow up that the person who is attempting to report said issues is still safe after follow up with their leadership and/or coworkers

they are reactive and not proactive. the lack of growth on our team is frustrating and instead of advocating for us to improve work conditions, we are punished when out output suffers because our bandwidth is beyond capacity. there is no follow through nor effort on the promotion pathway- no 30/30

being more clear why these huge changes are happening checking in on how the changes, RTO, etc has impacted the culture and morale the pressure of poor performance is clearly getting to people and everyone is drowning.
