What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The company needs to build in proper systems to support the development of new Leaders. Just creating a library of training modules isn't enough. Leaders can't access this content if they're not also given the time to be able to focus on their learning and/or applying what they've learned!

Give out free swag to managers. The managers working in the DCs get little to nothing. Mamager retainabity is a thing. The next thing we get is an email saying we can buy swag. Not a solid move.

Swag, I have worked here a year and haven't received a single piece of swag. I also haven't gotten a thank you from the company or my manager for working 50+ hours per week for a year. I don't know how HF expects to retain people when they treat them so poorly.

We need to be able to communicate with HR. They don't even have a number for us to call and talk to someone. It is so frustrating.

Whole new management team in assembly. Flush out the negative and replace with better management.
