Is just because the size of the contract I handle and for my stage in my career I expected a higher compensation. I completely understand that I just started and this is a start point, but also it doesn't mean it is a low/unfair compensation.

This is a stressful time of year, so I am feeling less enthused than normal. I wish I was able to participate in more create projects to help improve communication to customers cause I have a lot of ideas.

I wasn't able to start my role last year due to recruitment freeze despite the need to have the role filled back then, and there was a period of inactivity before I started, which meant that I started with a backlog. The should be more flexibility and exceptions to help teams and employees.
