What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Wrong: constant curveballs being thrown at the team with little to no warning. Improvement: transparency on mid to longterm plans . Less redundancies and reshuffeling of key team members. More thought-through and less hectic approach on AI adoption.

Feel like im treading water, no real career progression oportunities

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 19 days ago

Things are always great and perfect on leadership level. But further down below things go wrong which is naturally. The leadership level feels detached from the rest. They appear to me as gods who never fail which is inhuman.

Review from IT Dept

Less autonomy in the BAU work done

Review from Operations Dept

Nothing, i think people are over worked, and underpaid for the amount of tasks they are being given to do. Increased workload, and smaller budgets are an issue, and there are better roles elsewhere.

Review from Operations Dept

Lack of trust and lack of security

Review from Product Dept

Again, communication with my manager, better compensation and streamlined work processes

Review from Customer Support Dept

I don’t always enjoy coming into work because the workload can feel overwhelming at times, and there are many processes and administrative tasks, such as detailed timesheets, that take time away from meaningful, focused work. This can make it harder to stay m

Review from IT Dept

Working 9 hours with only 1 hour break, no breaks in between. Availability of agents during chat is not consistent specially on other sites that babysits their agents. Lack of manpower. Low salary for a job that is exhausting physically and mentally. Also, WF schedule management is horrible as well.

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Executive Dept

The part of the company I am in (Health) is extremely CAPEX- and finance-driven. Budget cycles, not market trends or customer needs, dictate planning cadence and effectively result in waterfall-like development. Prioritization is based on anecdotes from sellers and executive opinion, not hard data.

Review from Product Dept

While we have a strong foundation, I believe we need to foster a culture of innovation to stay ahead of the competition. Currently, there's a lack of emphasis on generating new ideas and experimenting with different approaches. This can lead to stagnation and missed opportunities.
